Who we are

OldPics is an AI restoration service for customer-owned photos at https://oldpics.ai. It is operated by Ion Prodan in Moldova. Support: ion@iprodan.dev.

What we collect and why

• Photos you upload, so we can restore them and let you download the result.
• A device id from FingerprintJS, to cap 5 free Standard restores per device and to attach purchased credits.
• Payment records from Creem after you buy a credit pack. We do not store card numbers.
• Standard request logs (IP, user agent) from hosting the site.

How photos are processed

Uploaded photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and sent to a third-party AI image model to restore that photo. Restoration of the uploaded photo only. We do not use your photos to generate new people, face-swap, or create deepfakes.

Third parties

• Creem — payments. Creem is the Merchant of Record.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and R2 storage.
• AI image model provider — restoration inference.

OldPics is an independent product and is not affiliated with those model providers. Each third party has its own privacy policy.

Retention

Uploads and restored files expire after 7 days. Download your restore before then. Email ion@iprodan.dev to delete photos or device data sooner.
